Whether you are uninsured, or have private insurance, Medicaid, CHP+ or Medicare, health insurance can be confusing for anyone. Come get answers to all your questions at the Are You Connected? Open Enrollment & Health Fair event on Saturday, November 7, 2015 from 9am to 4pm in the parking lot behind Doctors Care, 609 W Littleton Blvd, Littleton, CO 80120.
This event is designed to help inform the community about all available options to help make the best decisions for individuals and families.
Regardless of insurance status, accessing care in today’s healthcare landscape can be a challenge. Alongside the enrollment event, our health fair will feature a full complement of healthcare providers offering free flu shots, blood tests, and blood pressure & BMI checks, plus information about accessing physical, mental and dental health care.
For the uninsured, experts will be available to answer questions and offer free help in enrolling in Medicaid, Medicare or affordable plans through Connect For Health Colorado. For those with private insurance, Medicaid, CHP+ or Medicare, the event offers a great opportunity to ask questions and make any changes. Assistance is available from 9am to 4pm, and free one-on-one appointments can also be scheduled in advance by calling 720-458-6185.
